Mango Sourcing

We source the garden fresh highest quality mangos from the enlisted growers ensuring no harmful pesticides or chemicals used.

 

Pulp Processing

The aseptic mango pulp processing includes the selection of ripe mangoes, washing with disinfectant, tip cutting, final inspection of fruits, destoning, fine pulping, preheating, and decantation or separation. Since quality is considered an important factor in the mango pulp industry, our priority is to ensure mango pulp processing meets the expectations of the customers globally. The thermal processing is done through PLC based aseptic sterilizer machines and packed in aseptic bags in MS drums. The mango pulp manufacturing process ensures that the aroma of the fruit and natural flavour is retained in the final product. The finished goods are packed in best packaging material to guarantee quality that remains same as it was during production. Goglio fresco bags are used for aseptic filling of pulp. This ensures the quality remains intact till it reaches the client destination.

 

Product Testing

Tests for agro-chemical residue, heavy metals and pesticides are conducted under QS certified laboratories like EUROFINS. Our inhouse Physical and Chemical Lab checks the products for various parameters by taking samples every one hour. The readings are recorded in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) format. Microbiological Lab is well-appointed with latest equipment and a team of highly qualified microbiologists overseeing work there.
